His life’s work is a call to connection with and for conscientious creative interaction with our environment during a time of rapid change."I’ve known the Maine Media Workshops community since I was nine years old. In 1974 my father taught the first analog printing workshop. In 1993 I helped him teach his last workshop. In 1994 I taught the first digital printing workshop. Over the years I've met many life long friends, both teachers and students. I met my wife Arduina. Without MMW, I wouldn’t have moved to Maine or stayed as long as I have.The times continue to change and our community remains strong.”
